EHS PTSA Meeting minutes September 15, 2020 via zoom at 5:00pm

Crystal Mancini called the meeting to order at 5:05
Beth Kapner spoke regarding Senior lunch at the Lake House. They put down a deposit of $330 and $750 damage deposit that can be used towards the 2021 graduation. She is passing all information over Carly.
Approval of Meeting Minutes: Approved by Madeline Schymanski, seconded by Carole Callaghan. All approved the August minutes
Financials: Crystal presented the latest account activity. Starting balance of $11,340, 2 expenses of bank fees at $29 each for an ending balance of $11,308.39 as of 9/12. More membership numbers are in but not up to date.
New Business: Crystal Voting in new board members.
Madeline motioned Jayne McGarry for Secretary; Carole seconded; unanimously approved
Madeline motioned Carole Callaghan for President: Leanne seconded; unanimously approved
Carole motioned Crystal Mancini for Treasurer; Amy seconded; unanimously approved
Crystal announced the removal of Christine Stump and Stacy Farmer from the accounts.
Principal’s Report: Brandon Brekke Expressed interest in knowing how kids are doing. Please with the organization of the school for Covid. Teachers are teaching to synchronism, asynchronous and remote learners at the same time.
Madeline asked about the possibilities for assemblies to build school spirit and welcome the freshman. Not possible due to no gatherings over 50
Amy asked about community donation competitions within the cohorts as a way to build community. Suggested to speak to Student Senate.

Madeline will prepare an email for PTSA members to send out to friends asking to join the PTSA
