KC O’Leary and Cindy Mauldin have agreed to do the audit which is due by 12/1

Old Business

Crystal has the bylaws and will review

Carole needs emails of Marci, Megan, and Betsy. Crystal will get them for Carole and Carole with share with the rest of the board.

Senior luncheon is all on track.

List of members needs to be submitted to the state

Teacher Appreciation email was sent by Yandi and a coffee truck was hired by the PTA for $350

Sign up genius sent out for families in need

Legacy Boards are being updated by Leanne
