EHS PTSA Meeting minutes May 28, 2021 via zoom 5pm

Carole called the meeting to order at 5:01pm
Yandi and Crystal approved the April meeting minutes
Budget Updates: Crystal
$15,307.49 beginning balance
$14,392.55 ending balance as of 5/16
Expenses were Save our Seniors, Roses and Teacher Appreciation
$1257.49 income from donations
Budget for Next Year: Carole
Add money to Sr. Activities (SOS) and Donations
$2000 in Seniors (Revenue)
$500 in Teacher appreciation (revenue)
$2000 to Sr. Committee (Expense)
$2200 to Teacher Appreciation (Expense)
Raise Pay Pal fees
Crystal moved to approve the new budget. Betsy seconded. Budget unanimously approved
Bylaws: Carole
Jayne moved to approve the amended bylaws. Yandi Seconded. The Bylaws were unanimously approved
Officer Nominations
Carole Callaghan- President
Crystal Mancini - Treasurer
Megan Curtis - Vice President
Christina Seaman - Vice President of Membership
Jayne McGarry - Secretary
Yandi moved to approve the officer positions. Jayne Seconded. The officer positions were unanimously approved.
Tricia Wales volunteered to run the teacher appreciation committee
Betsy Semmens and Amy Ikleheimer volunteered to run senior luncheon and activities
Teresa will stay Foundation Liason
Openings for Parent & Community Education and New Parent Breakfast committee
Audit Committee needs one more volunteer. Madeline will ask Karen Messler (Per email following meeting Karen did volunteer)

Senior Events
Roses for Seniors went well
Yard Signs all went home. Add to fund raiser money for next year
Movie night and tubing were the two most popular events
Teacher Appreciation:Yandi
