EHS PTSA Meeting minutes January 18th via zoom

Carole called the meeting to order at 5:03pm

Approval of meeting minutes 

New Business:

Cafeteria staffing is good. No need for help at the moment

Budget Updates: Crystal

Recieved King Soopers check

Membership dues came in

PTA dues payment still not cleared

Insurance paid

Taxes filed

Website paid

Outreach/swag over budget due to in person events

11/15 $14,599.40 beginning balance

$14,398.40 current balance

Other Business: Carole

Disco golf done - waiting on bill for concrete

Coug Cafe - student participation for next year

Spirit wear - KC next year to coincide with Coug Cafe

Membership - another drive

Change banks - possibly move to Chase

Senior Committee:Betsy

Ice Skating - waiting on date -kids to pay

Sr Lunch 5/17 Paid

Movie night May 6th estimated cost $1500

Scavenger hunt that weekend fundraise for gift cards

No parade

Yard signs - raise money for signs - stakes to be donated

Courtyard mural - PTSA to pay for

Next meeting February 15th @ Woodcellar 5pm
