 Carole called the meeting to order at 5:09pm

 Approval of meeting minutes

 Principal’s Report: Brandon Brekke

            Construction update - Part I asbestos abatement; Part II 11/4 - 2 weeks 4 classrooms will be displaced

            Late staffing changes causing teaches to take on extra classes

            Health data is not good at 31+ cases in Jeffco

            Back to school - no gym gathering

            Update on late start initiative - on hold due to busing issues

            Checking on parents volunteering in cafeteria

 Budget Updates: Crystal

            $15,307.49 beginning balance

            $14,392.55 ending balance as of 5/16

            Expenses were Save our Seniors, Roses and Teacher Appreciation

            $1257.49 income from donations

 Budget for Next Year: Carole

            Adjustments to budget this year:

            $2000 in Seniors

            $500 in Teacher appreciation

            Checks not cleared: Bootstraps Scholarships, Teacher Appreciation, Sr. Lunch

            $125 in petty cash not showing from previous years so adding line item to include petty cash

             Motion: to amend budget for petty cash - unanimously approved
