EHS PTSA Board Meeting minutes August 4, 2020 via zoom at 5:00pm

Meeting called to order at 5:05pm

Crystal presented the July minutes for approval by the board. Yandi motioned to approve the minutes, Madeline 2nd. Motion was approved.

Financial Report Stacey presented the financial report. She said that the audit should be completed in the month of August.

President Report Crystal spoke to the open positions on the board and expressed an interest in serving as Treasurer but can not hold two board positions. Will need someone to step in as President. Stacey said that she would stay on as Treasurer until someone can be found for President position.

New Parent Breakfast Marci spoke to the plans for New Parent Breakfast to be held in the evening as a zoom call. Plans to have Principal, Counselors, Athletic Director, PTSA President and Foundation Liaison speak at the breakfast. Will be looking for parent ambassadors for possible break out sessions to answer some of the parent’s questions regarding extracurricular activities, sports and clubs at the school.

Foundation Theresa spoke to the foundation and their fundraising efforts for this year. They will hold another “Invest in EHS day” in October.
