EHS PTSA Meeting minutes April 20, 2021 via zoom 5pm

Carole called the meeting to order at 5:02pm

Minutes Approval: Yandi and Madeline moved to approve the February meeting minutes, the motion passed unanimously.

Crystal and Jayne moved to approve the March meeting minutes, the motion passed unanimously.

The Nominating Committee:  Jayne and Yandi moved to approve Madeline Schymanski and Christina Blitz as the nominating committee.  The motion passed unanimously

Save Our Seniors: Betsy

Set for movie night on 4/30.  77seniors have signed up.  Movie is How to Train Your Dagon.  Free water and $1 snacks from Costco. Madeline will help recruit volunteers.  Mr. Brekke will send out and email to bring blankets

Scavenger Hunt on May 16th.  Need parent volunteers.  80 gift certificates.  Need ideas for grand prize winners.  

Senior Lunch. Set for Lake House. Sign up Genius must include only packaged foods.  Madeline and Crystal to put together needs and CArole to send out.  

Tubing night was a success.

Need to find time to hand our Yard Signs

Need to purchase 300 roses from Costco

Bylaws: Carole

Have been updated thanks to Cindy Mauldin! Changing the Membership Chair to VP.  Membership dues is $25 for parents and $10 for students and faculty. We will vote on the bylaws at the May meeting

Teacher Appreciation: Yandi

Monday is the coffee cart, Wednesday is chair massages, Thursday will be the thank you cards, still working on getting an estimate for the catered lunch.  May ask for donations for this on the sign up genius
