We raised $60,000 (pre-match) in 48 hours! Thank you everyone who participated in our kickoff day. The 1:1 matching fund has been depleted but another $500,000 has been donated to be matched on a % donated basis. All donations until 9/30 will be matched based on the number of organizations that choose to continue to raise funds. We will continue to raise funds because even a % match is still money supporting this project from outside the Evergreen Community.

Evergreen High School PTSA | ColoradoGives.org

The Evergreen High School (EHS) PTSA has a fundraising goal of $325,000 for the purchase and installation of new bleachers at EHS which will seat approximately 800 people and is ADA compliant with 8 wheelchair spaces and ramps to accommodate every spectator (see renderings of the new bleachers below). The current bleachers are not ADA compliant, and the portable bleachers are inadequate and unsafe. We have engaged Southern Bleacher Company to design, fabricate and install the bleachers. Installation will be complete during the summer of 2025, but we need support from the Evergreen Community.

As of August 2024, we have raised $92,000 through fundraising with the help of the EHS Bleacher Team made up of a small group of volunteer parents representing booster clubs of the eight sports teams who most utilize the multi-purpose field at EHS.

EHS PTSA has partnered with Colorado Gives Day for the Inaugural Colorado Youth Sports Giving Day to raise the remaining funds for the EHS BLEACHERS!! This is an exciting
opportunity for our PTSA to raise funds outside of our community. This fundraising campaign period is from September 4th - September 30th.
